Job description

Insight Global is seeking a Network Engineer to join one of their government client’s team. The purpose of this position is to provide multiple tier network support to highly complex edge networks. They will be responsible for planned changes, event/ incident management, field/specialty network support and design, interfacing with business partners offering direct operational agency support, wireless network management, and pilot execution. This candidate will be asked to come onsite a few days per week in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.

Requirements

4+ years of experience routing and switching in a large environment

  • 2+ SD-WAN experience

  • Experience assisting in the design of complex networks and making recommendations

  • Comfortable using ServiceNow as a ticketing system

  • Cisco certified (CCNA, CCNP, etc.)

Benefits & conditions

$20/hr to $23/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
