Job description
Position Description: The creative and versatile graphic designer & content creator is a dynamic position on our Marketing & Communications team. Serving as the school’s Content & Media Specialist, this individual will help tell the story of St. Edward HS through engaging social media content, while also providing graphic design support for a wide range of marketing and communication projects., Social Media
- Plan, create, schedule, and post daily content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and others)
- Monitor engagement and analytics to optimize reach and performance
- Stay on top of trends and best practices in social media to keep the school’s voice dynamic and engaging
- Collaborate with students, faculty, and staff to generate authentic, timely content
Graphic Design
- Create original designs and provide graphic design support for print materials, signage, spirit store merchandise, and other marketing collateral; this includes the resizing, updating, and adapting existing designs for a variety of uses.
Creative Asset Management
- Photograph events, student life, and campus moments that tell the St. Edward story
- Archive photo and video content for use across digital and print platforms
Collaboration & Support
- Support major campaigns, admissions initiatives, fundraising efforts, and events with targeted content and strategic visuals
- Assist in shaping the school’s visual identity across all platforms
- Contribute ideas and creative input to marketing strategy discussions
- Attend events and school functions as needed, occasional evening or weekends required

Requirements
Do you have experience in Writing skills?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, The ideal candidate is a collaborative, detail-oriented creative who enjoys capturing authentic moments, creating digital content, and assisting with the production and refinement of print and digital materials that support enrollment, advancement, athletics, and community engagement., * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Photography, Digital Media, or related field
- A strong portfolio of creative work
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing or creative production (school or nonprofit experience a plus)
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with a keen eye for visual composition
- Proficiency with social media platforms, Canva, Sprout, Adobe Creative Suite, photo and video editing tools
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
