Job description

Our Telecoms client is looking for Organisational Change Management (OCM) Specialist/Change Manager for initial 1 month contract to start on the 21st of June. This a remote role and outside IR35. Ad hoc travel might be required.

Organisational Change Management (OCM) Specialist/Change Manager - with experience in enterprise technology rebrands and digital employee experience transformations.

Required Skills:

  • Enterprise Change Management Expertise - Proven experience applying structured change frameworks to technology-driven transformations, ideally within ITSM or employee support platforms.
  • Internal Communications & Branding - Ability to develop and execute a multi-channel communications strategy to transition users from the existing “Buddy” brand to the new virtual agent identity, ensuring consistent messaging across the Employee Centre portal, Microsoft Teams, email, and Intranet.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Management - Skilled at mapping and engaging diverse stakeholder groups (IT, HR, service desk, leadership, end users) to build awareness, buy-in, and advocacy for the relaunch.
  • AI/Virtual Agent Literacy - Familiarity with AI-powered support tools and conversational AI concepts (eg, Now Assist, LLM-driven topics, enhanced chat, AI Search, Genius Results) to credibly communicate new capabilities and benefits to a non-technical audience.
  • Training & Enablement Design - Experience designing role-based training and adoption materials (quick-start guides, video walkthroughs, FAQ articles, lunch-and-learn sessions) to help employees understand and adopt the relaunched virtual agent and its smarter capabilities.
  • User Adoption & Resistance Management - Ability to identify adoption barriers, measure sentiment, and implement targeted interventions to drive sustained usage post-launch.
  • Digital Content & Campaign Skills - Competence in creating engaging digital assets (banners, teaser campaigns, launch announcements, Intranet pages) to support a phased rebrand rollout.
  • ServiceNow Platform Awareness (Desirable) - Understanding of the ServiceNow Employee Centre, Virtual Agent, and Knowledge Management ecosystem would be advantageous given the platform-specific nature of the relaunch.
