Job description

Insight Global is looking for Desktop Support to join one of our largest financial service clients sitting in Los Angeles, CA. They will be joining the Enterprise Technology Operations Group specially on the Shared Support team. You will be working with an onsite five days a week with a team of two other technicians to provide deskside support to those in office. The ideal candidate will be career oriented with extensive experience in a hands-on IT support role, excellent communication skills, ability to interact/support with C-level executives and a willingness to learn new technologies. Most of the work revolves around break/fix and event planning/preparation but could vary with any ad-hoc requests from the end users. This person should have experience supporting a wide variety of end user technologies (desktops, printers, laptops, connectivity, AV, conference rooms, etc.) and be looking to grow within an organization.

Requirements

2+ years of experience working in a Desktop Support role within an enterprise organization

-Experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft Suite

-Extensive experience with hardware and software related support issues

-Use of ServiceNow ticketing system -Experience supporting Macs

-Experience supporting/troubleshooting mobiles devices
