Alexandre is the founder and CEO of Kiro. He defines Kiro’s vision and strategic direction and serves as the guardian of the company’s culture. He began his career in private equity at L Catterton (LVMH) and in management consulting at Oliver Wyman. Alexandre graduated from ESSEC in Paris (Management) and from UC Berkeley in California (Innovation and Law), and specialized in innovation at the Luigi Bocconi University in Milan. He was recently named among Forbes’ 30 Under 30 and Choiseul’s 100. Passionate about the contribution of new technologies to improving healthcare at scale, Alexandre decided to create a leading company to help every patient benefit from technology and access better care.

Nicolò brings international experience in product strategy and leadership to Prima. He began his career at Rocket Internet before moving to Lazada and later Alibaba, where he helped shape product strategy across six Southeast Asian markets. In 2018, he co-founded Lifepal, building it into Indonesia’s leading digital insurance marketplace with over one million policies issued. He then led digital transformation at Oona Insurance and served as SVP Product at Shipper, driving major efficiency gains while sustaining rapid growth. Nicolò holds a Master’s degree from ESADE Business School.

Jaipal Singh is CTO at Prem AI, where he leads the development of Sovereign AI solutions. Prem is focused on allowing enterprises to access frontier intelligence in a privacy-preserving manner. Prior to Prem, he led AI teams at Staple and EY, building large-scale document processing systems and low-code ML deployment platforms. A researcher and engineer at heart, Jaipal has published at The Web Conference (WWW 2019) on multimodal fake news detection and at EAMT 2020 on multilingual sentiment analysis, work that grew out of his thesis on cross-lingual event extraction at IIIT Hyderabad. At Prem, he's focused on making private AI practical - proving that the most powerful AI is the one you own.

At the intersection of research and production, Manu has spent his career turning frontier AI into systems that meet the governance, compliance, and auditability demands of regulated industries. Maisa's Digital Workers now operate in mission-critical environments for global financial institutions, with over 120 use cases running in production. He is a recognized voice in the European AI community on topics including enterprise-grade AI deployment, multilingual model development, and building AI systems that institutions can trust.
