Goodie Bag Packing
Assemble the swag bags every attendee picks up at registration.
Attendee Registration
Greet arriving attendees, check tickets, and hand out badges and lanyards.

Be the friendly face people look for when they need directions, schedules, or a quick answer.

Look after speakers as they arrive, get them where they need to be, and make sure they have what they need.

Common Questions
- Can volunteers attend talks?
- Yes. Outside of your shifts you're free to roam the venue and catch the talks, workshops, and side events that interest you.
- How do shifts and the kickoff meeting work?
- Volunteers work in shifts across the event days, with breaks built in. Before the event we host a kickoff meeting to walk through the schedule, meet the team, and answer any last questions.
- When will I hear back after applying?
- We review applications on a rolling basis and reach out closer to the event with role assignments and shift details.
- Can I apply for just one day?
- Yes. You can volunteer for a single day or for the full event — let us know your availability in the application form.
- What's the application deadline?
- Applications are open until May 31, 2026.
- What's covered for volunteers?
- Food and drinks at the venue during your shifts are covered. Travel and accommodation are not — but we offer discounts at our partner hotels and can connect you with local volunteers if you need a hand finding your way around.
