With more than 15 years of leadership experience at companies such as eBay, Mobile International, Aiven, and OneFootball, Holger has a strong track record in building high-performing engineering organizations. He is particularly known for bridging the gap between engineering and business strategy, driving innovation, and delivering scalable, customer-centric solutions.

has spent a decade at UiPath rewiring how the platform gets built, starting as a Software Engineer in 2016 and working his way up to VP, Software Engineering today. Along the way he became one of the people building the tools other UiPath engineers rely on: he maintains the UiPath Python SDK, the LangChain SDK for LangGraph agents, and the MCP SDK for running local servers on the platform, the kind of infrastructure work that holds up the UiPath AI-agent ambitions. Ten years in, he's gone from writing code to writing the code other engineers depend on, proof that at UiPath, staying technical and moving up aren't mutually exclusive.

Clemens Wasner is CEO of enliteAI, an Austrian venture studio that achieved its first AI exit just 18 months after investment. He is also founder and chairperson of AI Austria, an independent think tank driving Austria’s competitiveness in artificial intelligence. Since 2017 he has published the Austrian AI Landscape, the reference overview of the country’s AI ecosystem. Clemens hosts the weekly “AI Talk” podcast and is an active member of the European AI Forum, a coalition of national AI associations that advises on and shapes EU regulation.
