Chris is a multi-time founder and technology executive with deep expertise in artificial intelligence, including applied AI systems, model fine-tuning, and frontier model development. His work focuses on how AI is reshaping work, education, and human capital strategy at scale. He regularly advises leaders on the intersection of technology, workforce transformation, and organizational design, and frequently speaks globally as a keynote presenter, podcast guest, and industry contributor. He is a contributor to the Forbes Technology Council and Forbes Young Executives Council, and serves as the founding technology advisor for The Hungry Lab, a global initiative working alongside the United Nations to advise and support startups worldwide. Chris also leads SoCal Tech Forum, one of Southern California’s largest technology non-profits, dedicated to educating companies and communities on emerging and disruptive technologies. Chris brings a data-driven perspective on Work 4.0, the future of education, and how organizations can design talent systems that prioritize adaptability, equity, and long-term human potential in an AI-driven world.

Lars Rogge has been a member of the Executive Board of Generali Deutschland AG as Chief Operating Officer (COO) since October 1, 2025. In this role, he is responsible for operational management, the further development of IT and business processes, and key transformation initiatives—with a particular focus on digitalization and the use of artificial intelligence. Rogge brings more than 20 years of international management experience in the insurance and financial services sector. Before joining Generali Deutschland, he served as COO and a member of the Executive Board at Allianz Partners in Paris, where he was globally responsible for operations, claims and all respective transformation programs and advanced the modernization of IT and process landscapes. Previously, as Global Head of Operations Travel, Assistance & Digital, he led large international units with several thousand employees and consistently drove digital transformation and efficiency improvements. Other stages of his career include senior roles at Allianz Deutschland AG and Allianz SE, as well as at Deutsche Börse AG and the strategy consultancy Roland Berger, where he gained extensive experience in strategy, transformation, and process optimization in a global environment. Lars Rogge studied business administration at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and the University of Passau, graduating with a degree in business administration. As COO of Generali Deutschland AG, he is particularly focused on driving the integration of innovative technologies into day-to-day operations. He emphasizes the targeted use of AI to boost customer focus, efficiency and innovation and aiming to provide the best possible support to employees while creating sustainable added value for customers.
