Bill Boorman has spent his working life in around recruiting, starting out at the age of 16 in what he saw at the time as a short term gig as a trainee recruiter. He has worked as a third party recruiter, run and owned recruiting firms, been HRD and Trainer for international business, helped some of the worlds largest brands evolve the way people get hired through the age of digital and social media. Boorman advises tech companies and investors on the technology needed for the modern day. He is on the board of tech brands Vonq, PlacedApp and StaffCircle. Boorman has won numerous awards including Recruiter Life Time Achievement, and was recently listed in HR Techs Top 100 influencers. Away from work he is a Dad, Husband, Street Artist and Stand Up Comedian. He is an in demand speaker known for sharing realities to challenge the people people.
