Björn Stahl

Björn Stahl is a Software Architect at AVS which is a competence center at Bechtle. He is advising customers on architecture decisions, the tradeoffs and how to leverage the advantages of cloud concepts or gain certain degrees of digital souvereignty. Besides the day to day work he is interested in architectural concepts, high-traffic-low-latency applications and performance optimizations in the Java world. Besides the technical topics he likes to learn and discuss all topics around leadership and how to lead people.
