Actually, I'm an Egyptologist and should (probably) be looking for mummies. However, I've preferred to use the last 16 years to find people who are still alive. I started out as a sourcer in a recruitment consultancy, worked for a long time in tech start-ups and scale-ups both as a hands-on recruiter as well as in leadership roles and founded my own company, The UnleashPeople, together with a business partner at the beginning of 2024. My focus is on data-driven recruiting processes and strategies, employer branding and a bit of workforce planning. For me, all of this is always under the banner of an excellent candidate experience.
