Christoph Lohrmann

Dr. Christoph Lohrmann is Senior Software Developer at Q.ANT, a deep-tech scale-up developing photonic processors that compute with light to enable energy-efficient AI and high-performance computing. At Q.ANT, he contributes to the development and application of next-generation computing architectures based on photonics and advanced algorithms. Previously, he conducted research in computational physics and complex systems, focusing on the behavior of self-propelled agents, bio-inspired motion strategies, and reinforcement learning approaches for micro-robotics. Christoph Lohrmann studied physics at the University of Stuttgart, where he developed a strong interdisciplinary background bridging physics, machine learning, and emerging computing technologies.
