Edward is the Chief Technology Officer at GR8 Tech and a hands-on technology leader with 23+ years of building, scaling, and rescuing complex systems in production. His sweet spot is where high traffic meets hard constraints: legacy platforms, SSR, performance budgets, reliability, and modernization that has to happen without pausing the business. He’s known for turning “this is too complicated” into a clear plan teams can ship — breaking down abstract problems into practical architecture, measurable metrics, and repeatable execution. Over the years, he’s led large cross-functional orgs through digital transformation, improved platform performance and operational efficiency, and delivered outcomes that moved the business needle (from faster user experiences to leaner infrastructure and smoother delivery). Outside work, you’ll find him on a hockey rink, hanging out with his two daughters, or switching gears with chess and guitar. He also mentors engineers and occasionally guest-speaks at universities — because learning (and teaching) is part of the job.
