Elena Lucarelli

Elena is a seasoned program manager with over 13 years of experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in engineering organizations. Her career took a transformative turn during a collaboration with SAP Sustainability, where she led the creation of the SAP AI ethics policy, aligned with UNESCO’s Recommendation on the Ethics of AI—a project that sparked a deep passion for artificial intelligence and its broader ethical and societal implications. This enthusiasm brought Elena to the forefront of AI innovation. Most recently, Elena founded and built the AI.ccelerate program at SAP Signavio, an initiative designed to empower developers by integrating agentic coding practices into their daily workflows. Through this program, Elena bridges cutting-edge AI with practical, responsible implementation in enterprise environments.
