Jamie Madden

Jamie Madden leads education at n8n, the AI workflow automation platform, where he runs the function end to end: strategy, curriculum, certification, assessment, and partner enablement. His connection to AI and automation runs long. He co-authored a machine learning paper on web search and news delivery back in 2002, two decades before the current wave, and has spent much of his 25-year career building automation and developer tooling across full-stack engineering and distributed teams. Jamie built the n8n Academy from the ground up, from the courses and the learning platform to the certification program that trains the company's users and partners. He has also contributed to the WordPress Training Team, helping a global open source community learn. Across all of it, one thread holds: make automation approachable, and keep people in control of the decisions that matter.
