A hands-on leader who inspires those around him towards a shared sense of purpose, vision and outcome. Jason joined Ericsson in 2022 as its Global Head of People Change & Experience Design focused on transforming the employee experience for its workforce of 100,000 around the globe. His experience includes digital transformation, driving new customer centric journeys, multi-billion-dollar merger & acquisition integrations, accelerating sustainability and spearheading new ways of working. More recently, he has also taken on a secondment role as Global Head of Talent Acquisition Transformation to improve the experience of candidates, recruiters and hiring managers alike through AI enabled journeys. Jason’s expertise has garnered industry recognition; expertise he’s shared with not-for-profits as a member of their Board of Directors.
