Jens Posingies

Jens Posingies is an Engineering Manager at Redcare Pharmacy with 25 years of experience in software development, architecture and engineering leadership. Born and raised in East Germany, he studied Business Information Systems at the University of Lüneburg and Media & Education at the University of Rostock. Over his career, Jens has worked in roles ranging from Java and Node.js developer to Solution Architect and Engineering Manager, including positions at Zalando, TUI, HRS and Redcare Pharmacy. His current focus is on lateral leadership, end-to-end ownership and modular software architectures such as microservices, microfrontends and Kotlin Multiplatform. He is also a certified nerd with deep expertise in Back to the Future and Star Trek.
