Kerstin Wagner

At Deutsche Bahn AG, Kerstin Wagner serves as Executive Vice President of Talent Acquisition, reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, she consolidates recruiting, employer branding, global governance, and temporary employment under one roof. Her primary objective is to position DB as a top employer and attract talent to the DB Group. Working with her team, she oversees the recruitment of a workforce equivalent to the size of a small town every year, while ensuring the talent acquisition process remains innovative and modern. Kerstin Wagner is a member of several supervisory boards and chairs the Advisory Board of the Deutsche Bahn Foundation. Additionally, she is a dedicated advocate for New Work, technology, and diversity. In 2021, she was named one of the "100 Women of the Year" by Focus magazine, and in 2024, Personalmagazin recognized her as one of the 50 most influential HR thought leaders.
