At MindTitan, he led teams that shipped AI products for telecom, government, and education. At Arrive, he applies that experience at scale, driving AI coding tool adoption across the engineering org, from strategy and enablement to guardrails and measurement. Before that, he co-founded two startups (Fanvestory, acquired, and Fairmus) and ran a CTO-as-a-service practice for over a decade. He has built products from zero to one and scaled engineering cultures from startup to enterprise.
