Lisa Becker is a Solutions Engineer at GitHub, where she helps corporate customers across EMEA evaluate, adopt, and get the most out of the GitHub platform. She specializes in translating real-world technical challenges into clear solutions, partnering with sales, product, and engineering teams to drive platform adoption at scale. Her background is in machine learning and applied AI. She holds a master’s degree in Cognitive Systems from the University of Potsdam, with hands-on industry experience in natural language processing, large language models, and recommendation systems. This technical foundation gives her a unique perspective on the increasingly AI-driven conversations shaping how organizations build software today. Alongside her work at GitHub, Lisa develops on-demand courses and facilitates live webinars on NLP and LLMs for O’Reilly Media.
