Mahmoud is a Talent Acquisition expert with over a decade of experience recruiting for some of the world's most recognizable brands, including Nike, Semrush, Samsung, and PepsiCo. Throughout his career, Mahmoud has taken on several Talent Acquisition roles, from Tech Recruiting, Talent Sourcing, Executive hiring, to Talent Ops. He currently leads global Go-To-Market Recruitment at Semrush, and previously led the Data & AI business at Nike. He's also the Founder of Egypt Recruiting Community, the first and largest network in Egypt for the People & Culture space. Mahmoud is an international keynote speaker who has delivered keynotes at The Sourcing Summit, HR Leaders Summit, and The Recruitment Conference, among others.
