Mateusz Gren is Head of Software Development at Atos in Austria, where he leads large-scale software and AI initiatives with teams of several hundred engineers. With a background in Business Informatics and more than a decade of hands-on experience as a software architect, developer, and engineering leader, he operates at the intersection of architecture, execution, and business impact. Beyond enterprise systems, he actively builds and operates his own AI-assisted applications using modern web stacks, applying production-grade thinking to personal productivity systems - building and evolving personal software systems for sports performance, finance, and decision-making using generative AI and minimal code.
