Robert Pazurek

I'm developing Software for over 20 years now. I've worked at different companies from small 10 men startups up to huge enterprises operating world wide both freelance and as an employee. For a while I ran my own small personal fitness training studio and dabbled in many side projects that had nothing to do with software development but focused on communication and working with people. Over time I acquired a lot of experience and knowledge regarding learning and skill development. Be it as a personal trainer, father to two kids (and one dog) or husband to a great agile coach and systemic organizational developer. How people learn and how systems evolve and develop in positive ways has become a passion topic of mine.
