Stefan Ganß is a journalist, TV reporter, and host with more than twenty years of experience in German public broadcasting, including ARD and MDR. He has won the German Radio Award and knows what it means to communicate under pressure: live on camera, in front of an audience, with no second take.
Since 2023, he has also worked as a double-certified business trainer, trained at TAM Academy and certified by BDVT. As a storytelling trainer, he helps leaders, sales teams, researchers, and experts turn complex topics into stories that create clarity, trust, and connection.
His clients include Siemens Energy, Techem, Berlitz, and several universities. His core belief: in the age of AI, human connection is becoming a real advantage. Storytelling is one of the most practical tools to build it.
