Stefan Lemke

Stefan Lemke began his career as an IT architect, consultant, and manager of transformation projects at Accenture after completing his studies in physics and his doctorate, ultimately serving as a Partner in Germany and the Netherlands. From 2010, he held leadership positions at Allianz Technology in Munich and Paris before moving to the Zurich Group in Germany as CIO. In 2017, he was appointed to the Board of Management of AXA Konzern AG, where he drove agile organization and culture, technological modernization, and the renewal of the application landscape. Since 2023, Stefan Lemke has been a member of the Boards of Management of the SIGNAL IDUNA Group. He says: "Application development is a core business process, differentiating for our customers and distribution partners - and no longer conceivable without AI, cloud, and an agile setup."
