Job description
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to users and ensure the smooth operation of computer systems and networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of desktop hardware, Windows/Mac OS, and customer service., * Provide first and second-level support to users in person, remotely, and via phone or email.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems, software, printers, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support Windows, Mac OS, and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
- Maintain accurate documentation of systems, assets, and support issues.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding of employees (setting up devices, accounts, access).
- Work with vendors to repair/replace faulty equipment.
- Ensure security and compliance protocols are followed.
Requirements
Do you have experience in macOS?, * Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, IT Support Technician, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking.
- Experience with Active Directory and remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
