Job description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Network Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting our organization's network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability., * Design, configure, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
- Monitor network performance and optimize for maximum uptime and speed.
- Install and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Implement network security measures and protocols to protect data and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to plan and deploy new network solutions and upgrades.
- Conduct network performance analysis and reporting.
- Manage network documentation, diagrams, and configurations.
- Respond promptly to network incidents and outages.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Requirements
Do you have experience in TCP/IP?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF).
- Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar network hardware.
- Familiarity with network security technologies such as firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
