Head of IT Programs and Delivery

• Lead the full IT project portfolio - from strategy to delivery - ensuring every initiative drives business impact.
• Build and lead a multidisciplinary IT team with a clear structure, shared purpose, and a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Shape the IT delivery model and align cross-functional teams including Data, ERP, and Project Management experts.
• Partner with Core IT (Infrastructure, Security, Support) to ensure stability, security, and excellent user experience.
• Oversee seamless integration of core platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power BI, etc.) for unified operations.
• Drive digital workflow and back-office tool development to enable mobile field teams and efficient project execution.
• Define and implement the AI roadmap - exploring opportunities to automate, analyze, and accelerate business outcomes.
• Ensure all systems meet the highest standards of security, compliance, and data integrity.
• Promote data-driven decision-making through robust reporting, KPIs, and real-time business insights.
• Champion governance and stakeholder engagement - delivering IT excellence with transparency, quality, and purpose.
• Ensure that Operational teams are fully supported, with a strong focus on customer experience and service quality.

Do you have experience in Salesforce?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * 5+ years in IT program or portfolio management, leading enterprise system implementations and vendor collaborations.

• Proven experience building and guiding multidisciplinary technical teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, SaaS solutions, enterprise architecture, and key systems (Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power BI, Fabric, Business Central).
• Hands-on experience with workflow design for mobile or field teams and back-office operations, plus interest in AI strategy and adoption.
• Deep understanding of IT security, compliance, and working with infrastructure and support teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills, with fluency in German and English.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; certifications like Agile, PMP, or PRINCE2 are a plus.
• Advantageous: experience in data governance, business intelligence, enterprise integration, and telecom or energy infrastructure projects.
