Job description
Seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Onsite Support Engineer to provide high quality technical support, resolve hardware and software issues, maintain smooth IT operations, and ensure strong user satisfaction., * Perform Installs, Moves, Adds, and Changes IMACD for hardware and software
- Serve as a key onsite contact for end user support teams and manage SLAs effectively
- Provide break fix support for hardware, software, and mobility issues
- Handle backup tape rotations, tape library systems, and coordinate server reboots
- Ensure proper provisioning, configuration, and delivery of IT equipment for office based and remote users
- Troubleshoot and maintain desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, VoIP phones, and peripherals
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Oversee desktop imaging, security patching, and ensure all devices meet configuration standards
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
Contract Duration: 12 months (with the possibility of extension up to 3 years based on performance)
Language: Spanish (C1, min B2) and English (B1, B2)
Prerequisite: Must have full-time legal right to work in Spain, * Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11
- Experience with Active Directory and Azure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite support
- Familiarity with Service Now or Remedy
- Understanding of SCCM, Intune, and Mobile Device Management platforms
- Basic networking concepts including wired or wireless troubleshooting and switch management
- Experience in desktop or laptop hardware replacement, peripheral installation, and system imaging
