Job description
This is an on-site, contract role for a Desktop Support Engineer Level 2 in Venlo. The Desktop Support Engineer Level 2 will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT assets, and maintaining Windows and Office deployments. The engineer will also handle IT asset disposal, secure media destruction, and provide Level 1 and Level 2 support as required.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Technical support and troubleshooting: Hardware & software troubleshooting, Windows and Office Deployment Services, PC deployment
- IT asset management and support: IT Asset Disposal, Data Removal and Secure Media Destruction, End-Use Support
- Installation and maintenance: 24 x 7 Global Break fix Maintenance Services, 24 x 7 Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes (IMAC), Full on-site Structured Cabling installations
- Networking and remote support: 24 x 7 Cisco/Palo Alto/Adtran Installations, Remote Support and Management
- Additional qualifications: Professional consulting experience, ability to perform site surveys and audits, experience with Secure Stock Storage Locations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Relevant certifications and training in IT support are a plus
- Experience in enterprise-level IT support environments is beneficial
