Network Monitoring, Management & Automation /Consultant Specialist/Pune/Chief Technology Office : 0000JHMW

• Provide support and consultancy to other Telecoms teams like (Data and Voice) Networking(Routers and Switches), Security, Tradefloors, DataCenters, Network function(Firewalls, Proxies, Radware) teams with the help of network management tools.
• Participate or drive Automation within Telecoms team. MI Generation, Reporting using Qlik Sense, Power BI
• Involved in the design, deployment, vendor management, escalation management, projects(internal and External) as part of ITSO, maintenance and service improvement of network management tools infrastructure.
• IT Service Owner related Task - Business Impact Analysis, Service Continuity.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and execute them as per agreed timelines with accuracy and minimal supervision.
• Actively engage in continuous improvement objectives defined by the IT Service Management leadership team.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Network automation technologies Itential , Ansible , Jenkins,
• Programming skills in any of Perl, Python, Shell script or Java.
• Knowledge in API automation - REST/SOAP
• Knowledge on cloud AWS/ GCP
• Basic knowledge in Linux and Windows Servers platforms, MongoDB , SQL Databases and queries.
• Knowledge in network fundamentals - TCP/IP, LAN, Internet, Routing & Switching).
• Good knowledge on one or more of different - Network Management tools Fault management systems ( like NNMi product), Configuration management systems ( like HP NA product) , Performance Management (like Sevone)
• CCNA/ CCNP or similar networking certifications, Any Programming certification, Cloud certification (GCP or AWS) ,ITIL certification
