Job description
- Tackling escalated technical issues with confidence and precision
- Supporting Windows environments, Office 365, networking, and cloud services
- Collaborating with the team to deliver seamless support
- Managing and resolving tickets via our helpdesk system
- Providing remote and occasional onsite support to our valued clients
- Documenting solutions and contributing to our knowledge base
- Assist in the implementation of customer IT projects
Requirements
Do you have experience in Software troubleshooting?, * Solid experience in a 2nd line support role
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A proactive mindset and a love for solving problems
- Relevant certifications, Network plus, Microsoft and WatchGuard are a plus, * IT support: 2 years (required)
