Job description

  • Tackling escalated technical issues with confidence and precision
  • Supporting Windows environments, Office 365, networking, and cloud services
  • Collaborating with the team to deliver seamless support
  • Managing and resolving tickets via our helpdesk system
  • Providing remote and occasional onsite support to our valued clients
  • Documenting solutions and contributing to our knowledge base
  • Assist in the implementation of customer IT projects

Requirements

Do you have experience in Software troubleshooting?, * Solid experience in a 2nd line support role

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A proactive mindset and a love for solving problems
  • Relevant certifications, Network plus, Microsoft and WatchGuard are a plus, * IT support: 2 years (required)
