IT Support Technician

· Troubleshoot and manage networks (VLANs, VPNs, IP routing)

· Use tools like Intune, SharePoint and Azure

What You'll Bring:

· 2+ years in IT support (MSP background preferred)

· Knowledge of Windows Server environments and virtualization

· Experience with networking, backups and cloud platforms

· Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

· A proactive mindset and the ability to manage your own workload
