Job description

We're looking for a proactive and analytical HR Systems & People Insights Manager to join our People Team. This role combines systems management with meaningful data insight - helping our business make smarter people decisions.

You'll manage and optimise our HR systems (primarily iTrent) to ensure they're efficient, integrated, and delivering accurate, insightful data. Beyond reporting, you'll partner with People Partners to highlight trends, seasonal changes, and opportunities for improvement across the business.

This is a standalone role, working alongside a collaborative HR function of around 20 professionals, with regular contact across HR, Finance, and IT.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing HR systems - ensuring upgrades, integrations, and data integrity are maintained.
  • Creating and analysing dashboards and reports (Looker Studio / PowerBI).
  • Translating data into actionable insights for HR Business Partners and senior leaders.
  • Identifying trends in absence, turnover, and engagement data.
  • Supporting annual salary review and bonus modelling.
  • Working with third-party providers to ensure service quality and system improvement.
  • Driving automation and process improvements across HR systems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing iTrent (essential).
  • HR systems and data analytics background - ideally from a commercial/private sector environment.
  • Strong Excel, PowerBI, or Looker Studio skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical insights in a clear, business-friendly way.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using Google Suite preferred.
