Job description
- Extracting and cleansing historical payroll and HR data (manual Excel-based processes)
- Supporting the implementation of a new HR system (MorePay HR) and Time & Attendance system
- Migrating data into Sage and other platforms
- Validating and standardising employee data for accuracy and compliance
- Collaborating with stakeholders to build accurate reporting dashboards (absence, turnover, role types etc.)
Requirements
- Proven experience in payroll data cleansing and system transitions
- Experience using or implementing Sage Payroll and HRIS tools
- Excellent attention to detail and confidence in challenging data inaccuracies
- Ability to engage constructively with stakeholders, including those resistant to change
