We are excited to be representing a values driven organisation in Derbyshire who are seeking a Systems Administrator to support their overall HR function, reporting directly to the People Partner with flexible working offered (minimum 1 day on site) and the option for condensed working/reduced hours. This is a pivotal role where you'll ensure the effective administration, maintenance, and ongoing development of our HR systems. You'll work collaboratively across multiple teams to maintain data integrity, deliver accurate management information, and drive system efficiency., * Administer and maintain HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage system configuration, user setup, testing, documentation, and change control.
- Validate and maintain data accuracy across all HR system touchpoints.
- Produce reports, dashboards, and statistics to support informed decision-making.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR system users, providing support and training.
- Identify and recommend system enhancements to improve service delivery.
- Always uphold data protection and confidentiality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience administering and supporting management information systems (HR systems desirable but not essential).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel and reporting experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Understanding of GDPR and data governance principles.
- GCSEs in Maths and English (Grades A-C / Level 4+).
- BTEC/NVQ Level 3 in Business and Administration, or equivalent experience/qualifications.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of HR processes and establishment management.
- Experience delivering system user training.
- Familiarity with HR data analysis and reporting tools

Contract Type: Fixed Term (15 months) Salary: £35,000 - £41,500 per annumLocation: Hybrid (minimum 1 day on-site)Hours: 37 hours per week, * Flexible working (min 1 day on site) and option for reduced hours/ condensed working.
