UCMDB Product/Senior Consultant Specialist/Hyderabad/Chief Technology Office: 0000JIOG

• Accountable for overseeing design processes, solution architectures, and definition of key metrics.
• Manage a team, with accountability for the performance of the team activities and focuses on continuous improvement of the performance of the team from a productivity, service, quality, training and effectiveness perspective.
• Removing impediments for the team and shield them from interruptions, act as a coach to the team, Product Owner and wider organisation to help them continually improve and facilitates the delivery of work and where appropriate.
• Act as a point of escalation for the development & delivery teams
• Ensure all activities performed within the team adhere to the relevant data standards and data controls.
• Ensure the level of automation within the team is always optimised, reducing the need for human intervention in the design, development and operational lifecycles, including decisions on tooling to achieve optimal performance.
• Work with the Product Owner, Solution & Platform Architects to identify changes required, create & agree necessary stories.
• Work with business stakeholders/users to elicit software setup requirements and capture business needs, clear articulation, and documentation of business requirements.
• Ensure that the service continues to meet the customer needs & demands and takes corrective action where necessary. This includes, but is not limited to, formal service availability reporting against agreed availability targets.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Strong knowledge of ITIL or Configuration Management or ITSM
• Strong DevOps background
• Experienced in project management using Scrum or Kanban
• Knowledge of Jira or Confluence
• Advanced Proficiency with Unix/Linux and Windows, SQL, Python, API is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Asset inventory discovery tools such as UCMDB/ServiceNow, etc…
• Strong Architectural and technical knowledge
• Ability to understand user requirements and desired business outcomes.
• Open to all location -Pune/Hyd/Bangalore
