IT Technician

As an IT Technician, you will be the first point of contact for on-site IT issues, providing vital support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and conferencing equipment. You will troubleshoot Windows OS and Microsoft 365/Azure AD issues, manage user accounts and permissions, and support Windows deployment and patching.
