The Role As Contract Support, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of FM contracts, providing essential administrative and financial support to both the Contract Manager and wider operational team. This is a varied and fast-paced role with opportunities to progress within a leading organisation., * Deliver comprehensive administrative and financial support to the contract team
- Manage purchase orders, invoicing, and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company systems and processes
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and audits
Requirements
Are you an experienced Contract Support professional looking to join a market-leading Facilities Management provider? We're working in partnership with a prestigious FM service company based in Greenwich, seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team on a permanent basis., * Previous experience in a Contract Support or FM administration role
- Strong financial and administrative skills (experience with CAFM systems desirable)
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
