Job description

As our IT Support Technician, you will provide direct, onsite support to all UCT users within the Cambridge office & Global remote locations. This is a great opportunity to join a global Company to further develop your skills and career., * Perform a wide range of duties, including onboarding employees, computer setups, installation of corporate enterprise applications, internal IT projects and mobile security setups.

  • Leverage the internal help-desk support systems and processes to ensure that IT issues impacting employees are quickly resolved.
  • Troubleshoot computer connectivity, hardware failures and Windows issues.
  • Troubleshoot issues with MS Office, wireless, VPN, and printer connectivity.
  • Support remote users.
  • Support local Cambridge and Global remote locations.
