Job description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Functional Consultant to define, document, and manage global business requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution development, testing, and deployment. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills with hands-on experience in Agile delivery environments., * Define and document business requirements and user stories for global initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Business Owners to prioritize features and manage change requests.
- Coordinate with IT and development teams to ensure alignment and readiness for PI Planning.
- Conduct testing activities, including creating test cases, executing System Acceptance Tests (SAT), and managing defects.
- Prepare and deliver training materials, playbooks, and knowledge transfer (KT) sessions.
- Support pre-deployment activities and act as a subject matter expert during rollout.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical writing?, * Strong knowledge of global template development and implementation.
- Proven experience in Agile methodologies (e.g., PI Planning, Jira).
- Expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, and user story creation.
- Hands-on experience in testing, quality assurance, and defect management.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical writing skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional global teams., * Document requirements in user stories: 5 years (required)
- Present user stories for BCO/DA approval.: 2 years (required)
- Update status in Jira.: 1 year (required)
- Testing & Quality Assurance: 4 years (required)
- System Acceptance Test (SAT): 3 years (required)
- Conduct Knowledge Transfer (KT): 1 year (required)
- Global template development and implementation: 3 years (required)
- Agile development methodologies: 2 years (required)
