SAP Recruiter

This role plays a key part in driving our strategic growth of SAP capabilities across the UK-particularly within Defence and enterprise accounts. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver exceptional SAP talent in a fast-paced, high-demand environment., * Manage end-to-end recruitment for SAP roles across multiple business units.

• Proactively source, screen, and shortlist top SAP professionals using diverse sourcing methods.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across key SAP modules and technologies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights.
• Oversee candidate engagement, from initial contact through to offer and onboarding, ensuring an excellent experience.
• Collaborate with internal functions such as the Labour Desk, Smart Labour, and Market Intelligence teams.
• Work towards performance-based recruitment targets in line with business goals.

Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Proven experience recruiting for SAP positions (Functional, Technical, Basis, HANA, etc.).

• Background in hiring for UK roles requiring Security Clearance (BPSS, SC, or DV).
• Solid understanding of SAP technologies and related skill sets.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing abilities.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors).
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, global, and matrixed environment.
