What you'll be doing …
- Providing remote support for our customers - Microsoft
- Providing in house support for our Yo colleagues - Google
- Ensuring systems are secure and updated
- Onsite visits to onboard new customers & troubleshoot issues
- Working through tickets on our Salesforce CRM system
- Answering inbound support calls
- Resolving Windows 7/10/11 and Mac OS software issues
- Resolving issues with connected devices, printers, scanners etc
- Monitoring customers network and backup using the RMM
- Maintaining networks (troubleshooting)
- Providing excellent customer service
- Working to SLA's
Requirements
Do you have experience in macOS?, * Previous experience in IT support is essential
- Great communicator and the ability to provide excellent customer service
- An interest and passion for IT as a career
- The confidence and adaptability to communicate with a range of people
- Persistence to overcome challenges
- A driven, determined and professional attitude to work
- Familiar with Windows & MacOS operating systems
- Familiar with Windows Server 2003 - 2019 and Virtual Machines
- Experience with networking (DHCP,DNS,TCP/IP etc)
- Office 365, Sharepoint and OneDrive Experience
- Local and Cloud Backup solutions
- Experienced in Google applications
- Building and maintaining servers
Nice to have but not required!
- Experience working with MDM solutions, * IT Support: 2 years (preferred)
- Windows/MacOS: 1 year (preferred)
