You'll manage a range of website projects, from brand-new builds to updates and ongoing improvements, ensuring resources are used effectively to achieve the best outcomes. The position requires someone who can think quickly, stay organised, and communicate clearly both with clients and colleagues.

- Knowledge of redirect setup is a plus

In this role, you'll spend your day engaging with an interesting and varied mix of clients, mainly over the phone, helping them with queries and project needs. You'll handle incoming communications, respond directly when appropriate, forward messages to the right team members, and keep our project management system up to date with new tasks and progress reports.
