Job description
You will provide first-line technical support to staff and students, maintain school devices, troubleshoot network and software issues, manage user accounts, and support the ICT Manager with system updates and technology rollouts.
Requirements
- Previous IT support experience (school experience beneficial)
- Strong understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Relevant IT qualifications (CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) desirable
