Job description
Main Duties and Responsibilities - Digital Marketing Analyst (Italika Limited)Liaises with café, bakery and production teams to generate and develop ideas for digital campaigns, social media content, online menus and promotional features to showcase BRERA's sites and products.
Researches relevant sources for accurate market and customer data (e.g. EPOS reports, delivery platforms, website analytics, social media insights, competitor activity) and ensures any external content, facts or statistics used in campaigns are accurate and appropriately sourced.
Finds and coordinates suitable contributors for digital content, such as photographers, videographers, influencers or partner brands, and ensures that any third-party material used is cleared for use and compliant with copyright and brand guidelines.
Briefs internal and external content creators (e.g. designers, photographers, social media staff or agencies) via clear written and verbal briefs, providing data-led insights on target audience, campaign objectives and key messages.
Provides administrative support for digital campaign development, including scheduling content, booking creative resources, arranging photo/video shoots on site, and maintaining records of campaign plans, budgets and approvals.
Provides analytical support to senior management by gathering, verifying and consolidating performance data from multiple systems (EPOS, delivery partners, website, email, social media), ensuring accuracy and reliability before analysis.
Presents findings in the required format - such as dashboards, written reports and presentations - highlighting key trends in customer behaviour, site performance, digital ROI and recommending clear, practical actions.
Researches and sources suitable images and other digital assets for use across BRERA's website, social media, email marketing and online delivery platforms, using internal image libraries or commissioning new photography where required.
Liases with internal stakeholders and, where relevant, external clients/partners to agree the most appropriate images, messaging and campaign angles to represent the BRERA brand and individual locations.
Deals with copyright, usage rights and brand compliance issues, ensuring all images, videos and creative content used in campaigns are either owned by Italika Limited, correctly licensed or properly credited, and stored in an organised digital asset library.
Liaises with senior management to understand their market research and insight needs, advises on appropriate quantitative and qualitative methods (e.g. online surveys, feedback forms, review analysis, A/B tests), and prepares proposals outlining scope, timelines and estimated costs.Manages and directs digital and market-research activity, collates and interprets findings, and presents results to management with clear recommendations to improve customer acquisition, retention and digital engagement.
Discusses possible changes to design, pricing, packaging, marketing and promotion of BRERA's products and services in light of research findings and campaign performance, working with operations, finance and management teams to agree and implement data-driven improvements.
