Job description

  • First point of contact for IT support, resolving hardware, software, and network issues
  • Support Windows 11, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD, and Intune
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and mobile devices
  • Liaise with 3rd party providers and escalate issues when needed
  • Occasionally travel to offices and sites, including overnight stays

Requirements

  • Helpdesk or IT support experience in a busy environment
  • Strong Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows 11 knowledge
  • Full driving licence and flexibility to travel
  • COINS ERP experience is a bonus

  • Rota shifts - hours between: Mon-Thu 07:30-17:00, Fri 07:30-16:00
  • Weekend working: One in five weekends on a rota, with extra pay
