Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst you will play a key role in shaping how data is used across the business. You will analyse operational data, map out end to end journeys and help senior leaders understand performance through clear reporting and dashboarding. You will work closely with finance, operations and leadership teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive data led decision making.

You will

• Analyse complex operational and service centre data to uncover trends and opportunities for improvement
• Map full process journeys for stakeholders, highlighting where efficiencies can be made
• Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for live decision making
• Present insights and recommendations to senior management
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple systems
• Identify gaps in current data and processes and support the development of business cases for improvement

You will need

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in retail, automotive or manufacturing
• Strong Power BI experience
• SQL skills to interrogate large datasets
• Advanced Excel
• Experience building dashboards and data visualisations
• An analytical mindset and the ability to communicate insights to non technical teams
• Python is desirable but not essential
