Interim CRM Analyst

Your new role As a Senior Customer & CRM Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping marketing strategy through data. Working within the Marketing Analytics team, you'll focus on optimising CRM programmes and improving customer journeys, while collaborating closely with marketing stakeholders to drive informed decisions.

You'll be responsible for:

• Analysing CRM performance and identifying opportunities for optimisation
• Monitoring KPIs, automating reporting, and diagnosing trends
• Developing analytical tools and models to enhance capabilities
• Partnering with marketing teams to influence strategy and improve customer experience

What you'll need to succeed:

• Strong proficiency in SQL (essential)
• Experience in a CRM or customer-focused analytics role
• Familiarity with Python for automation and modelling (or willingness to learn)
• Knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau; Git/dbt experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights to senior stakeholders
