CRM Delivery Project Manager

We're seeking an exceptional Project Manager to lead a critical CRM implementation for a business undergoing significant M&A activity. This isn't a governance or oversight role - it's a hands-on, delivery-focused position where you'll own outcomes and drive results through complexity and ambiguity.

What You'll Deliver

• End-to-end CRM platform delivery - Lead implementation of a newly selected M&A CRM solution from kickoff to go-live
• Remove barriers, create momentum - Drive relentless progress by eliminating blockers, closing actions, and keeping teams accountable
• Stakeholder orchestration - Manage senior stakeholders across Finance, IT, M&A, and external vendors with confidence and credibility
• Governance with pace - Run tight project controls including plans, RAID logs, dependencies, and integrations without slowing delivery
• Support broader transformation - Contribute to wider initiatives, potentially including D365 ERP or Tagetik EPM implementation

• Proven enterprise CRM delivery - Demonstrable track record implementing CRM platforms end-to-end in complex organizations
• Assertive, hands-on delivery style - You make things happen, not just manage plans
• Stakeholder management excellence - You can engage, influence, and align senior leaders in fast-moving, high-pressure environments
• Comfort with ambiguity - You operate with accountability and energy even when the path isn't clear

Highly Desirable:

• M&A, corporate development, or integration programme experience - Understanding the unique pressures and pace of deal environments
• Finance transformation background - Experience working within or alongside Finance functions undergoing change
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Tagetik exposure - Familiarity with these platforms is a significant advantage
